Treetrunkwise Yoga is now STAR SAGE YOGA!

Dear friends, old and new— here is an update that’s been a long time in the making:

Many of you were with me through over a decade of Treetrunkwise Yoga offerings, including yoga classes at my Seattle home studio, Tarot workshops, and a pivot to Zoom meditation classes during the pandemic. Thank you for your support and your wonderful presence through that era of grounding and growth. I have so many sweet memories to carry with me into the future!

2023 was a year of big changes! My partner and I left our longtime home in Seattle in the spring of 2023 and embarked on a year of travel and cross-country exploration. As of spring 2024, we have finally landed— all the way in Richmond, Virginia!

As springtime fills the air with new energy, life, and possibility, I am awakening to my own new possibilities in a new era and a new place. I am inviting myself to let go of past iterations and embrace new possibilities. In light of that, I invite you to follow me into a new evolution as STAR SAGE YOGA!

While the name Treetrunkwise grew from my past, Star Sage Yoga is all about looking forward, feeling hopeful and inspired, and fully embodying my path as a light being and a multifaceted artist and spiritual seeker. My hope is that STAR SAGE YOGA will allow me infinite room to expand how I express my connection to the sacred and how I connect and offer ways for you to connect with the beautiful light within yourself.

I look forward to developing this space over the coming months and I hope to hear from you about what you hope will be offered!
